Process to get Online Police Character Certificate from Karachi

Required documents & information
Before starting the new online application prepare following documents and information:
(1) Prepare coloured scan of documents to upload:
- Valid passport – in JPG or JPEG image format
- Recent passport size photograph – in JPG or JPEG image format
- Copy of Utility Bill – in PDF document format
- Request Letter from the authority who require Police Verification – in PDF document format
(2) Prepare documents just to upload required information (no need to scan):
- Copy of applicant’s valid CNIC / NICOP
- Contact number of applicant
- CNIC copies of two (02) witnesses from same residence area in Karachi
- Contact numbers of both witnesses
- Complete address of Karachi
- Duration of stay at above Karachi address (starting and ending dates)
- Purpose for this certificate (like for Visa, Immigration or Work Permit etc)
- Name of country to use this certificate

How, when and where to collect original certificate?
When online application shows “completed” status it means certificate is ready. To collect original certificate simply visit the relevant DIG Police Office in Karachi. In other cities of Sindh (other then Karachi) certificate will be available for collection in the office of relevant SSP (Senior Supritendant of Police) according to the district of applicant.
